10. Dublin, Ireland
According to statistics, about ten individuals in Dublin become homeless every week. During 2013, there were about 1966 people who were reported to be living their lives on the footpaths and in narrow streets. The government of Ireland has failed, to much extent, to control this situation. There is a strong need to develop social housing plans for such individuals.

Denver is another city with extreme level of homeless population. According to 2012 Point in Time report, this city of Colorado has seen a tremendous increase from 400 to around 1000 during 2010-2012. This situation, currently, has become more serious, reaching to a level of 1300 almost.

The studies of 2013-14 have shown that there are about 5000 homeless individuals in Baltimore. These are said to be living miserable lives, and many of them are families with children. The government is responsible to provide them shelter and proper job, because there are chances that this situation would become more serious.

One of the survey reports of 2014 have shown that the estimated number of homeless individuals in Tokyo, Japan is around 7000. In accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the number of homeless people in Washington is over 9800. In 2013, this rate was around 5500, which has almost doubled during 2014-15. The government has been working to resolve this issue, but the level still seems to be dropping day by day.
